Inviting!

Invite (all) to the Way of the Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious: for thy Lord knoweth best, who have strayed from His Path, and who receive guidance. (16:125)

You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah . If only the People of the Scripture had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are believers, but most of them are defiantly disobedient. (3:110)

Thus We have appointed you a middle nation, that ye may be witnesses against mankind, and that the messenger may be a witness against you.... (2:143)

DEAR MUSLIMAHS ♥

BEWARE!!!!!!!

* Beware of the one who talks to you in “the name of love”
who is promising you marriage but he wants to « know you better » through chat before, who wants to see your pic, or wants to go out with you to “have a better idea” of “his future wife” before taking the first step and talk to your father...

If he was really good and righteous, he would suggest immediately to come to your house to ask your wali/father for your hand in marriage.

There is an Arabic proverb talking about this kind of men the one who “enters house from window and not from the door of the house”

and Allah says in Qur’an :” So enter houses through their proper doors, and fear Allah that you may be successful.”

A faithful Muslim man would choose to make what is right and ask the father for the hand of his daughter and not to make a haram relationship with her behind his back! In fact, dating is HARAAM in Islam and the engagement period is made so that the couple know one another better according to Sunnah in the presence of mahram of course (without dating)

* Be careful of a man who talks to you in “the name of religion”
Who wants to be in touch with you so you can help him to become "better Muslim” who wants to have chat with you so that he can take advantage of your Islamic knowledge or who wants to help you in religious matters!

Never trust this kind of men too, because the one who wants to increase his Islamic knowledge, he would’ve sought the help of other men not women!! And if he wants to help others in religious matters then he had to help brothers not sisters! If he was pious, he would know that Allah forbade this kind of relationship because if a man and woman are alone in khalwah (on chat) then shaytan will be the third of them even if they both have “innocent and good” intentions!

*** B.E.I.N.G S.I.N.G.L.E ***

◘ Being single does not mean that you are weak, it means you are strong enough to wait for what you really deserve.

◘ If you are happy and confident, you are more likely to attract the right person into your life in the first place.

◘ And most importantly when Allah knows you’re ready for the responsibility of commitment, He will reveal the right person under the right circumstances.

◘ You are not going to displease Allah if you’re single. But you may displease Allah by your lack of thankfulness and weakness in your reliance (tawakul) in Him and giving up on life altogether.

◘ Wait patiently and be optimistic.

Allah is the All-Seer of what you do.

وَهُوَ مَعَكُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ 57:4

And He is with you wheresoever you may be. And Allah is the All-Seer of what you do.

meaning, He is watching over you and witnessing your deeds wherever you may be, on land or at sea, during the night or the day, at home or in open areas or deserts. All of that is the same before His knowledge and all of it is under His sight and hearing. He hears your speech and sees where you are. He knows your secrets and your public statements

Quranic Verses:

(9:129)
So, if they turn away, say (O Messenger), “Enough for me is Allah.
There is no god but He. In Him I have placed my trust, and He is the
Lord of the Great Throne.”

Significance: Hazrat Abu Darda (RA) has related that anyone who recites the above mentioned verse 100 times, his all worldly
needs and the needs relating to the day of resurrection, will be fulfilled.

Hazrat Laith bin Sa... See More’ad (RA) has reported that a person’s leg was badly broken in an accident. He heard someone suggesting to him, saying, “Place your finger on the affected part and recite this verse (He recited the above mentioned verse). He did as he was instructed. His leg healed in a short span of time.

It is also reported that anyone who recites the previous verse 100 times, he will not die by drowning, falling or by striking with iron rod by someone else. (He will die a natural death).

A beautiful simple Hadith.

Narrated By
Jarir bin 'Abdullah: Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said, "Allah
will not be merciful to those who are not merciful to mankind."
[Bukhari Vol 9 Bk 93 No. 473]

It's an important lesson.
We constantly ask Allah to be merciful towards us but are we merciful towards each other?

Surah 72 - Al Jinn THE SPIRITS

Surah 72 - Al Jinn THE SPIRITS----- 072.001 Say: It has been revealed to me that a company of Jinns listened (to the Qur'an). They said, 'We have really heard a wonderful Recital!

072.002 'It gives guidance to the Right, and we have believed therein: we shall not join (in worship) any (gods) with our Lord.

072.002 'It gives guidance to the Right, and we have believed therein: we shall not join (in worship) any (gods) with our Lord.

072.004 'There were some foolish ones among us, who used to utter extravagant lies against God;

072.005 'But we do think that no man or spirit should say aught that is untrue against God.

072.006 'True, there were persons among mankind who took shelter with persons among the Jinns, but they increased them in folly.

072.007 'And they (came to) think as ye thought, that God would not raise up any one (to Judgment).

072.008 'And we pried into the secrets of heaven; but we found it filled with stern guards and flaming fires.

072.009 'We used, indeed, to sit there in (hidden) stations, to (steal) a hearing; but any who listen now will find a flaming fire watching him in ambush.

072.010 'And we understand not whether ill is intended to those on earth, or whether their Lord (really) intends to guide them to right conduct.

072.011 'There are among us some that are righteous, and some the contrary: we follow divergent paths.

072.012 'But we think that we can by no means frustrate God throughout the earth, nor can we frustrate Him by flight.

072.013 'And as for us, since we have listened to the Guidance, we have accepted it: and any who believes in his Lord has no fear, either of a short (account) or of any injustice.

072.014 'Amongst us are some that submit their wills (to God), and some that swerve from justice. Now those who submit their wills - they have sought out (the path) of right conduct:

072.015 'But those who swerve,- they are (but) fuel for Hell-fire'-

072.016 (And God's Message is): "If they (the Pagans) had (only) remained on the (right) Way, We should certainly have bestowed on them Rain in abundance.

072.017 "That We might try them by that (means). But if any turns away from the remembrance of his Lord, He will cause him to undergo a severe Penalty.

072.018 "And the places of worship are for God (alone): So invoke not any one along with God;

072.019 "Yet when the Devotee of God stands forth to invoke Him, they just make round him a dense crowd."

072.020 Say: "I do no more than invoke my Lord, and I join not with Him any (false god)."

072.021 Say: "It is not in my power to cause you harm, or to bring you to right conduct."

072.022 Say: "No one can deliver me from God (If I were to disobey Him), nor should I find refuge except in Him,

072.023 "Unless I proclaim what I receive from God and His Messages: for any that disobey God and His Apostle,- for them is Hell: they shall dwell therein for ever."

072.024 At length, when they see (with their own eyes) that which they are promised,- then will they know who it is that is weakest in (his) helper and least important in point of numbers.

072.025 Say: "I know not whether the (Punishment) which ye are promised is near, or whether my Lord will appoint for it a distant term

072.026 "He (alone) knows the Unseen, nor does He make any one acquainted with His Mysteries,-

072.027 "Except an apostle whom He has chosen: and then He makes a band of watchers march before him and behind him,

072.028 "That He may know that they have (truly) brought and delivered the Messages of their Lord: and He surrounds (all the mysteries) that are with them, and takes account of every single thing."

The Fake American QURAN !

The new AMERICAN Quran: a dangerous trick A new Quran is being distributed in Kuwait, titled “The True Furqan”. It is being described as the ayats of the Shaytan and Al-Furqan weekly magazine has found out that the two American printing companies;’Omega 2001′ and ‘Wine Press’ are involved in the publishing of ‘The True Furqan’, a book which has also been titled ‘The 21st Century Quran’! It is over 366 pages and is in both the Arabic and English languages…it is being distributed to our children in Kuwait in the private English schools! The book contains 77 Surats, which include Al-Fatiha, Al-Jana and Al-Injil. Instead of Bismillah, each Surat begins with a longer vesion of this incorporating the Christian belief of the three spirits. And this so called Quran opposes many Islamic beliefs. in one of its ayats it describes having more than one wife as fornication, divorce being non-permissable and it uses a new system for the sharing out of the will, opposing the current one. It states that Jihad is HARAAM. This book even goes as far as attacking Allah, Subhanahu wa Tahala! All this is poisoning our children at approx. $3.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,Please make sure you forward this page address to as many people as possible so that we can stop and inform our brothers and sisters about this dangerous trick.

Kindly Vote for this poll and leave your views in comments .

Please tell everyone you know and may Allah reward you.

Moulana Tariq Jameel Qayamat Ki Nishanyan 10 of 10

THOSE WHO DO NOT SAY THEIR PRAYERS OF:

FAJAR: the glow of their face is taken away.

ZOHAR: the blessing of their income is taken away.

ASAR: the strength of their body is taken away.

MAGHRIB: they are not benefacted by their children.

ISHA: the peace of their sleep is taken away.
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said : "A man sinned greatly against himself, and when death came to him he charged his sons, saying: When I have died, burn me, then crush me and scatter [my ashes] into the sea, for, by Allah, if my Lord takes possession of me, He will punish me in a manner in which He has punished no one [else]. So they did that to him. Then He said to the earth: Produce what you have taken-and there he was! And He said to him: What induced you to do what you did? He said: Being afraid of You, O my Lord (or he said: Being frightened of You) and because of that He forgave him." [Hadith Qudsi 32]

How Allah changed the direction of prayer from Jerusalem to Makkah

Narrated By Al-Bara :
The Prophet (peace be upon him) prayed facing Bait-ulMaqdis (i.e. Jerusalem) for sixteen or seventeen months but he wished that his Qibla would be the Ka’ba (at Mecca). (So Allah Revealed (2.144) and he offered ‘Asr prayers(in his Mosque facing Ka’ba at Mecca) and some people prayed with him.
A man from among those who had prayed with him, went out and passed by some people offering prayer in another mosque, and they were in the state of bowing. He said, “I, (swearing by Allah,) testify that I have prayed with the Prophet facing Mecca.” Hearing that, they turned their faces to the Ka’ba while they were still bowing. Some men had died before the Qibla was changed towards the Ka’ba. They had been killed and we did not know what to say about them (i.e. whether their prayers towards Jerusalem were accepted or not). So Allah revealed: “And Allah would never make your faith (i.e. prayer) to be lost (i.e. your prayers offered (towards Jerusalem).
Truly Allah is Full of Pity, Most Merciful towards mankind.” (2.143)

Allah says:

If u never felt pain or experienced problems, how would u know i am a healer? if u never made a mistake how would u know i forgive? if u were never hurt, how would u know i can comfort u? if ur life was perfect, why would u need me? so always say, thanks to Allah.

The 'Five Pillars' of Islam are the foundation of Muslim life:

Faith or belief in the Oneness of God and the finality of the prophethood of Muhammad;
Establishment of the daily prayers;
Concern for and almsgiving to the needy;
Self-purification through fasting; and
The pilgrimage to Makkah for those who are able.

Iman or Faith :
"There is none worthy of worship except God and Muhammad is the messenger of God." This declaration of faith is called the Shahadah, a simple formula that all the faithful pronounce. The significance of this declaration is the belief that the only purpose of life is to serve and obey God, and this is achieved through the teachings and practices of the Last Prophet, Muhammad.

Salah or Prayer :
Salah is the name for the obligatory prayers that are performed five times a day, and are a direct link between the worshipper and God. There is no hierarchical authority in Islam and there are no priests. Prayers are led by a learned person who knows the Qur'an and is generally chosen by the congregation.

Prayers are said at dawn, mid-day, late-afternoon, sunset and nightfall, and thus determine the rhythm of the entire day. These five prescribed prayers contain verses from the Qur'an, and are said in Arabic, the language of the Revelation. Personal supplications, however, can be offered in one's own language and at any time.

Although it is preferable to worship together in a mosque, a Muslim may pray almost anywhere, such as in fields, offices, factories and universities. Oftentimes visitors to the Muslim world are struck by the centrality of prayers in daily life.

A translation of the Adan or Call to Prayer is:

God is Great.
God is Great.
God is Great.
God is Great.
I testify that there is none worthy of worship except God.
I testify that there is none worthy of worship except God.
I testify that Muhammad is the messenger of God.
I testify that Muhammad is the messenger of God.
Come to prayer!
Come to prayer!
Come to success!
Come to success!
God is Great!
God is Great!
There is none worthy of worship except God.

Zakah (The financial obligation upon Muslims):
An important principle of Islam is that everything belongs to God, and that wealth is therefore held by human beings in trust. The word zakah means both "purification" and "growth." Our possessions are purified by setting aside a proportion for those in need and for the society in general. Like the pruning of plants, this cutting back balances and encourages new growth.

Each Muslim calculates his or her own zakah individually. This involves the annual payment of a fortieth of one's capital, excluding such items as primary residence, car and professional tools.

An individual may also give as much as he or she pleases as sadaqa-h, and does so preferably in secret. Although this word can be translated as "voluntary charity" it has a wider meaning.
The Prophet said, "Even meeting your brother with a cheerful face is an act of charity." The Prophet also said: "Charity is a necessity for every Muslim." He was asked: "What if a person has nothing?" The Prophet replied: "He should work with his own hands for his benefit and then give something out of such earnings in charity." The Companions of the Prophet asked: "What if he is not able to work?" The Prophet said: "He should help the poor and needy." The Companions further asked: "What if he cannot do even that?" The Prophet said: "He should urge others to do good." The Companions said: "What if he lacks that also?" The Prophet said: "He should check himself from doing evil. That is also an act of charity."

Sawm or Fasting :
Every year in the month of Ramada-n, all Muslims fast from dawn until sundown--abstaining from food, drink, and sexual relations with their spouses.

Those who are sick, elderly, or on a journey, and women who are menstruating, pregnant or nursing, are permitted to break the fast and make up an equal number of days later in the year if they are healthy and able. Children begin to fast (and to observe prayers) from puberty, although many start earlier.

Although fasting is beneficial to health, it is mainly a method of self-purification and self-restraint. By cutting oneself from worldly comforts, even for a short time, a fasting person focuses on his or her purpose in life by constantly being aware of the presence of God. God states in the Qur'an: "O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed to those before you that you may learn self-restraint." (Qur'an 2:183)

Hajj or Pilgrimage :
The pilgrimage to Makkah (the hajj) is an obligation only for those who are physically and financially able to do so. Nevertheless, over two million people go to Makkah each year from every corner of the globe providing a unique opportunity for those of different nations to meet one another.

The annual hajj begins in the twelfth month of the Islamic year (which is lunar, not solar, so that hajj and Ramada-n fall sometimes in summer, sometimes in winter). Pilgrims wear special clothes: simple garments that strip away distinctions of class and culture, so that all stand equal before God.

The rites of the hajj, which are of Abrahamic origin, include going around the Ka'bah seven times, and going seven times between the hills of Safa and Marwa as did Hagar (Hajir, Abraham's wife) during her search for water. The pilgrims later stand together on the wide plains of 'Arafat (a large expanse of desert outside Makkah) and join in prayer for God's forgiveness, in what is often thought as a preview of the Day of Judgment.

The close of the hajj is marked by a festival, the 'Id al Adha, which is celebrated with prayers and the exchange of gifts in Muslim communities everywhere. This and the 'Id al Fitr, a festive day celebrating the end of Ramada-n, are the two holidays of the Islamic calendar.

The Meaning of Islam

Islam is derived from the Arabic root "Salema": peace, purity, submission and obedience. In the religious sense, Islam means submission to the will of God and obedience to His law.

Everything and every phenomenon in the world other than man is administered totally by God-made laws, ie. they are obedient to God and submissive to his laws, they are in the State of Islam. Man possesses the qualities of intelligence and choice, thus he is invited to submit to the good will of God and obey His law, ie, become a Muslim.

Submission to the good will of God, together with obedience to His beneficial Law, ie, becoming a Muslim, is the best safeguard for man's peace and harmony.

Islam dates back to the age of Adam and its message has been conveyed to man by God's prophets and messengers, including Abrahim, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad.

Islam's message has been restored and enforced in the last stage of the religious evolution by God's last prophet and messenger, Muhammad.

The word Allah in the Arabic language means God, or more accurately, The One and Only Eternal God, Creator of the Universe, Lord of all lords, King of all kings, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful. The word Allah to mean God is also used by Arabic speaking Jews and Christians.

Our Best Friend- Quran

As salam alekum wa rehmatillahi wa barkatahu

(May peace, blessings, and mercy of Allah (swt) be upon all of you)

Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said: “When a man dies and his relatives are busy in funeral, there stands an extremely handsome man by his head. When the dead body is shrouded, the man gets in between the shroud and the chest of the deceased.

When after the burial, the people return home, 2 angels, Munkar and Nakeer(names of two special Angels), come in the grave and try to separate this handsome man so that they may be able to interrogate the dead man in privacy about his faith. But the handsome man says, “He is my companion, he is my friend. I will not leave him alone in any case. If you are appointed for interrogation, do your job. I cannot leave him until I get him admitted into Paradise.”

Thereafter he turns to his dead companion and says, “I am the Qur’an, which you used to read, sometimes in a loud voice and sometimes in a low voice. Do not worry. After the interrogation of Munkar and Naker, you will have no grief.” When the interrogation is over, the handsome man arranges for him from Al-Mala’ul A’laa (the angels in Heaven) silk bedding filled with musk. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihe wasallam) said: “On the Day of Judgement, before Allah, no other Intercessor will have a greater status than the Qur’an, neither a Prophet nor an angel.”

May Allah bestow his favour on all of us.

Ameen!
